Shipping

U.S. Shipping cost is $4.25 flat fee. Canadian Shipping costs are $9.00 for the first item, and $4 for additional items. Other destinations are $11.00 for the first item, and $6.00 per item after that up to a maximum of $65.00. Unfortunately we can no longer ship overseas by surface mail.

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours via either Priority, US Airmail, or a better service. However, we reserve the right to use book mail or surface mail if it would be inordinately expensive to do otherwise. Upon request we can provide other shipping options and estimate costs and times. Please note in your order form's comment box, or call us, have us call you, or email us, if you require special shipping services.

Tax

For orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses 5% state sales tax is added.

The personal information you provide on the order form is used only for processing your order and for sending you information about our organization. It is not shared with any outside organizations.

We accept payment online (at the time of your order) via the most widely-used credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Alternatively, you may choose to pay offline.

How to Make an Offline Payment

Although we believe your credit card information can be safely and securely given to us via this web site, you don't have to believe it. You can just send us a check, or give us your credit card information some other ways. To enjoy the convenience of our web site's shopping system, but still pay "offline", you can choose [x] Offline (Mail/Phone/Fax) as your payment option when you check out. Then choose one of these methods of sending us your payment:
